Default Restoration Budget for a 23

I would be interested to get an idea of restroation cost of a 23 footer done by a handy do-it-yourselfer starting with a bare hull. Needing the following: new deck, new transom, new trailer, repair of center console (patching), new fuel tank, new foam in some areas, stringer inspection and possible repair, new 250 Suzuki, new tabs, new hydraulic steering, minor hull repairs, spider crack repairs, new ss fittings/rigging and new ss screws for everything, new rubrail, new leaning post, new t-top, and awlgrip paint. Using marine plywood for core materials and epoxy. Doing all work myself except rigging motor, mouniting t-top, and paint.

For those that have done the retorations please estimate cost and how long would this take working on weekends. Starting with a $4,000 hull.

I am budgeting 35K and one year of dirty work.
