Carbed 200 Yamaha vs OX66 200

I have the opportunity to get an OX66 200 Yamaha and I want to know if there is any difference in fuel economy and performance compared to my carbed 200 engine? I'm thinking that it would be so minimal it wouldn’t be worth it.
