Nice blue fish guys. How do you cook them so you can actually eat them ?

You guys up north must realy like to fish. I can hardly get people to fish in 2-4 down here even in 23 - 25 footers. My buddy has a 18' mckee that he has rigged to the gills we fish it out to about 60 miles it holds 70 gal and we usally come back with at least 1/4 tank even on a 130 miles round trip. You just cant get in a hurry or you'll be paddalin home. Last trip was about 60 miles run took 3 hrs and you have to watch your weather window.....
