Opinions on this 23 im looking to buy.

hey everyone,

im looking to get my first seacraft. Ive found a restored 23. here's the link http://www.yachtworld.com/core/listi...=blackdiamond&

It has been restored in 2004, and the engines were rebuilt in i think 1994. They still run great and they only have 400 or somtehing more hours on them after that i was told. What do you guys think of the price? I personally really like this boat, but what do you guys think?
