Epoxy would be Very Brittle & the thickness would take forEver to Cure. If You do decide to go this way apply chrome film behind clear epoxy & thats what you see. But Believe me it'll be to brittle. Try A plastic injection system but your looking at a #'s game $$ & a lot of em!
It would have to be metal to last being so thin.Aluminum would be my way to go. Melt it into a mold & Polish.There are some Chromers still around.Motorcycle / machine shops can point you the way in your area. Brad
