i am trying to roll and tip my my console but its not working very well for me. i am using the same paint and thinner that u are using. i roll it on with a mohair roller and went over it with a china bristle brush but had bad brush marks. i went and bought foam brushes to try. do you apply the paint thick initially then tip?
