Default Re: 1970 19' bowrider progress.

Got a little more work done on the little boat today. I knew there was a little rot under the bow cleat area but it turned out the all the balsa was water logged so out it came. Was going good till I got tired of the belt sander to remove the remants of rotten wood and climbed in under the cap with the angle grinder with a 36 grit paddle sander. When I came out I looked like frosty the snow man and itch from head to toe. But I got all the rot out and the majority of the original glue sanded away.Started to rain a little so I called it a day, hopefully will get it all installed sunday.
