My bad. Actually they are Yamaha fuel filters. They have the drain plug in the bottom. Anyone ever deals with these?

I tried the leftie loosie route tonight and the plug would not turn. Instead the whole unit started to turn.

Should I get an oil filter wrench and then hold the filter still while trying to turn the drain plug?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
