Default scupper tubes

I just got through removing the port side wood block that the deck scupper goes thru,on my 23 Tsunami. It was about half rotted, but the front part where the brass tube passes thru was solid.
I'm fabricating a new block out of douglas fir,and will use the old block to set up the drill press angle for the new replacement.
Two questions for any who can help.

#1 Where can i get the brass tubes that are long enough?
i thought i saw a post that Boston whaler had them,
but i couldn't find it.Do the Whaler dealers stock
them?
#2 whats the best adhesive to bed the tubes in? i was
thinking of 3M 5200, but if i ever had to replace
one,it would be impossible to remove it.

Any suggestions or improvements on the above would be welcome.
