Anyone Regognize These Boats?

I was in Alligator Point, FL a couple of weeks ago when a shape on the side of the road caught my eye.

Upon closer inspection, there was a 20 and a 23 side by side under some trees. Looked like they'd been there for a number of years. They had a LA registration, but I didn’t think to check date on the sticker.

If no one knows who owns them, and someone is interested in stopping by the place to ask about them, PM me and I can let you know exactly where they’re at.

I’d hate to see them sit there until they are too far to be brought back. (If there is such a point)
