Default COST OF REMOVING TEERIBLE PAINT JOB

What would the cost be to soda blast a 17 whaler inside and out.

I picked up a 17 that the prior owner did a horrible job painting it.

The paint is now peeling and flaxing off but I figured for $200 I could get it and have it stripped and redo.

Or will peel away which is for stipping bottom paint also work on the topside?

Or suggestions
