Default 73 tsunami?

Boat finally arrived from cape may. Was out in it yesterday ran great reran all electrical and with the exception of some deep scratches on the hull It has been compounded and waxed and came right up to luster gonna redo that next winter loks like the gel coat is starting to show through on small areas. My question is :
1) has anyone had an luck powdercoating the grey aluminum windshield frame.
2)there are some gel coat bubbles and chips on the top sides. Is it best to grind them out and fill them or just pop them out and stuff marinetek in there?
3) Any advice on good trim tabs noticed yesterday with a stiff side wind and a few people on the boat she tended to list?
