Default Value on restored 1972 SeaCraft CC

Hello everyone! Just looking for input from experts. We have a completely restored 1972 Potter Built SeaCraft CC that we may want to sell. We are boating industry professionals - both in boatbuilding for over 20 years. That is important because we want everyone to know that the restoration and upgrades on this boats were professionally done. Anyway, the motor is a 1998 150 Merc on an Armstrong bracket, the boat has been tricked out with rod pocket lighting, baitwells, SS rimmed gauges, and lots more. In the restoration (which I will post photos of when I can) the hull was stripped and stringers and transom completely reconstructed. Also has dual axle trailer with new fixtures, rims and tires. Light yellow hull and white gel deck and liner.
It's a beautiful boat, but we have since restored a smaller boat that fits our area better.
Okay, I'm putting it to what I've been told are the experts! What do you think the value is?
Thanks - and everyone have a super day!
From North Florida... Mike and Judy Batten
