Default 1984 23 floor project

Bought this 23 at the beginning of summer. The transom is closed in and the floor was redone. Kept noticing some cracks appearing in the flor in various places so we decided to check out the floor, expecting to find rotten wood. Found the actual plywood in floor was in great shape. The floor was not secured to the stringer system at all. This was causing flex and cracks. The floor we removed was on top of a lip left from the original floor. We plan to install the next floor on top of the last one for future 4 stoke engine. Will be getting some advice from knowledgeable boat repairmen on what to do next. I'm assuming these are the original fiberglass stringers. I've included some pics. Any suggestions are welcome as we plan to take the winter to complete. Our thinking is to glass strips of marine plywood on top of the stringers level with the bottom of the plywood we plan to install for the floor. Pic of last king fishing trip. 9 kings biggest 35 lbs.
