So yesterday I tried to get the transom cap cut to fit and I think im gonna have a few small issues. I wasnt thinking when I molded it, and only put a form on one side of the ply. as a result one of the corner sagged a bit, so its a bit torqued. I think I can fix it by trimming a few of my supports, and then hitting parts of the cap with a beltsander in a few places, and adding some extra glass in a few places.

here is the doghouse: I should be picking up the windows today and I will trace them and cut the holes this evening.
