Default Quick / Educated Value Assessment Requested Edited

Ok people, I have a question on the value of my boat.

1973 23CC Potter: Very nice boat, hull in great shape, fiberglass T-Top, New Birsall leaning post w\ matching front console cushion, Yamaha rigging (gauges, hydrolic steering, and shifter all less than a year old), Clarion CMD5 stereo w\ 6 speakers and Clarion marine amp, ICOM M504 VHF, Simrad RD-30 depth sounder, and OceanLED 1520TH-G underwater lights. (Edited: Comes w\ 26' Float-On style trailer in great condition.)

Scenero 1: '86 Yamaha 220 w\ blown piston (otherwise good motor), an 'original design' (but not original) transom that could used to be replaced this winter, and a few soft spots in the floor.

Scenero 2: Closed transom w\ bracket, freshly rebuilt '86 Yamaha 220 w\ 1-year warrantee, and new floor.

Here's my question, quick but educated (please). What would you value this boat at in each scenereo.

Thanks!

Chris (ElCapitan)
