Default Thoughts on 20' seacraft heading out to look at..

Taking a 6 hr round drive from cape in minutes with ferry ride today on top off. and slept like crap last eve on couch. sea trial a 20' seacraft end of LI. 03 suzuki 140,warranty till 09. transom raised 5", professional job, not rebuilt but raised. decks taken off, not rebuilt stringers but cleaned up, new 35 gallon gas tank. home wired, pics looked okay. hull bead blasted and painted, awlgrip fight yellow top sides. clean solid looks good exterior ok interior, no ttop. ff,gps plotter, vhf. scuppers done self bail.

believe early 70's hull asking for confirmation.

asking 14500.

nada motor about 4K.
24K receipts in 03.
trailer single axle new srpings/rollers/bearings repacked 03.spare bearings/hubs spare in air.

If checks out, seems to me ~ 12K? taking motor and trailer say 5K, cut recepits of 24K in half, deduct 10% per year since 03...hard to tell...

I will post pics when back, and if not buying let y'all know.

PS-Metan Marine had some very interesting rigs for sale. Totally spanking just redone 20' with 140 Suzuki something mentioned about 25K lowest no t-top or electronics, and a redone couple years back 23 with twin i/o for like 20,900-owned by fellow working there. Both tempting but bit outside clams on 20 want to spend, and I/O causes a shiver expecially with twins...and no shallow H20.
