1977 23' refit in 2007

Well as much as this kills me It is time for someone else to enjoy this boat. I have 2 little girls under 2years old at home and never did put the boat in the water last summer.

I have owned the boat since 1989 and this is the 2nd reincarnation.

1977 Potter hull. Raised center console, enclosed transom. Armstrong bracket. Outriggers and phonebooth with extra spray curtains.
2005 Mercury Verado,with only around 150 hours on the ticker.Smartcraft system for all gauges and fuel flow meter.
Magic Trail trailer was bought in 1996 and although not pretty works just fine. I have no title to the trailer,we don't need them in SC.

Boat is located in Mt Pleasant SC (Charleston) and I am asking $26,500
