That's a Seafari 20 (19'8") with the cabin windows filled in, and you might want to advertise it as such, as most folks are familiar with the 20' hull, but not the 19' that preceded it.

The 19's were the Bowrider models that Moesly built in the 60's before selling the company to Potter, I think in '68. Check out this link Moesly Seacraft Web site for more info. The 74 and later model Seafari's had a taller windshield with a fixed piece of glass at bottom below the opening section, glove compartment on top of dash on passenger side, and a smaller step-down, just big enough to open cabin door. I'd guess that one was built in '73 or earlier, but maybe not titled until later. Nice looking example of the Seafari, by the way!
