Personally I am a fan of the inboards - add a swim platform or a ladder and you have a good candidate for family diving.
As far as the other two are concerned, the word "family" would make up my mind. Do you have the time to invest in the project? Because if you have to pay someone to rebuild the floor and refinish it you might be better off buying the turn key choice. Then there is the expense of re-powering the project. Good luck
