Default new motor- what prop?

I'm replacing a johnson 140 with an evinrude 150xp on my
SF20. The evinrude comes with a 14 1/4x21 omc prop. The motor was on a 17' seaswirl spyder. That doesn't seem
appropriate for the seacraft. My usual water is Oregon pacific coast bays (wind chop), and ventures out over the bar on calm days (4-6' swell, light winds).Mid range torque is important! What do you all think would be a good choice?
