dolly for my seacraft

i just bought a new house and its great in every respect except for the driveway. i have a 6 foot fence on one side and a concrete screen porch on the other side, leaving about 2 inches of clearance on either side for my trailer to get into the back yard. once there boat sits on a gorgeous concrete pad w/ plenty of room, but it takes folding both mirrors in to get in, and about ten minutes stone sober. short of leaving boat in the driveway, i could move the fence 6 inches (maybe if prop. line allows) or build a new gate (to gain another 3 inches). neither idea is very good. i was wondering if there are any dollys beefy enough for me to drop the trailer outside the gate and maneuver it in by hand. boat is an 18 foot cc. anybody have any ideas or know of any products to accomplish this?
