Default Renovation estimates

I don't even have a Seacraft yet but a 23' CC came up for sale in my area. I'm trying to estimate the worse case costs for different items. I feel like I'm wasting the time of the local shop getting a quote since I don't own it yet and I don't need exact numbers just ruff ballpark figures. I've searched and there is a lot of info to filter through, maybe I'll find some info tonight when I have more time but if you guys can help I'd appreciate it. I've got a good idea on paint/gelcoat, upholstery, miscellaneous wiring/electrical, new pumps, motors, but I have no ideas on the items below.

Stringer Replacement-
Floor/Deck Replacement (raised)- $1,500?
Gas Tank Replacement (Alum.)- $2,000?
Transom Replacement- $1,500?
Transom (full height) w/ Bracket addition- $4,500-$6,000 ($3,000 for Hermco bracket only)
