Default Adding ballast

Any thoughts on what is the best way to add some ballast to the stern of my Tsunami. I've added a hardtop and a hermco bracket and now it's sitting a little bow heavy which prevents the deck from draining as well as I'd like. The addition of the hardtop makes the boat a bit more tippy too. I'm thinking since i have to add some weight anyway, maybe I can help with that as well.

I could add the weight in the bracket tub but I'd feel more comfortable with it in the hull than in the tub. Of course that probably means I'll need more weight right?

I'm not doing anything until the winter but I'd like to start thinking about some ideas now so I can test the weight in different spots.

I'm also wondering if anyone has ideas on what to use for weight and how to secure it.
