Default Re: 1978 SF restoration, my first one.....

After three applications of Peel Away of varying thickness I was left with this.

I took my trusty Orbital and 60 Grit and went to work on the dried remnants of bottom paint.

One reason things have been slow lately was the pending arrival of my new fishing partner William IV who made his way onto the scene last Monday evening.

The best $5 I have spent during this restoration (not counting beer). It really helped clean up around the chines.

Getting pretty close to having it all off.
