Make sure you dry out the wood blocks through which the tubes pass before filling with epoxy and re-drilling. And when you fill with epoxy, placing a plastic drinking straw through the middle of the existing hole before filling gives you a nice pilot hole when you get ready to re-drill. It needs to extend beyond the tape on both ends.
