Default 23 cc twin hpdi 200 , or single 225 four stroke

can i get some input from anyone who has run a 23 cc with twins , i am thinking of selling my 23 with 225 four stroke and getting another 23 cc with twin 200 hpdi. i have had two 23 cc with single outboard one on the notch and one with a nice bracket. I have always wanted one that would scream. I know i am giving up considerable economy , that aside i would like some input and opinions on the set up and anybody that has had experience with the 2001 200 hpdi. The hull in question is actually a 78 23 tsunami that was rebuilt into a cc, the owner has moved fuel tanks forward and raised floor (laid another coosa floor on top of existing) changed scuppers to drain out the back and says it self bails very well and is not wet? I would appreciate you guys opinions.
