Floor is ripped up and going to be adding a new fuel tank, should get an extra 10 gallons or so, around 60 full so that will be nice. Floor is going to be 3 inches higher and flush through to the bow. Using foam glassed over so will be much lighter too than existing wood floor. I think I'm going to use Birdsall Marine for the console, seat, coffin box, and cooler. Leaving the small bottom cutout near the transom for wet storage, fish box, or whatever else. The hatches and basic transom layout is going to remain the same, however I am raising the lip around the back to be flush around. One thing I have not decided is what to do for a bracket on the back as I think that is how we are going to mount the engine - any suggestions? Here's what else I'm adding...

Going to add a windshield, storage doors on both sides with maybe a tray inside, debating whether to have a fixed seat or use a separate cooler in front for a seat, likely a cooler since I will need one for drinks and a box for storage as well. Will have side mounted rod holders on each side too.

Likely go with 350 qt size, will mostly use this for storage as I am losing my deck box up front, where I keep my life jackets, cast nets, and some other misc stuff. Will be lockable to deck though easily removed as well if I don't need it for the day.

If i go with an ice chest for in front of the console, likely get the 18x18x30 for good fit. And match coffin box of course

Includes backrest with 3 rod holders and 35 gallon well. Going to make a wet box for livewell pump so it will be submerged all the time.
