1978 23 Seacraft CC (refurb in 2010-2011)

Really hate to do this but here goes! Must sell 1978 refurbished 23 CC. with 2001 Twin 175 Johnson Ocean Pro, Brand New oversized Custom built T-top with outriggers and electronics box, Brand new deck, all stringers inspected and repair in two places, new wiring throughout, LED lights, new flush mount hardware throughout, all new pumps and plumbing, baitwell, Brand new Lowrance HDS-7 GPS/sounder and Raytheon Auto Pilot, completly rigged and turn key ready to go! All work Professionally done here in South Florida(Homestead) Modified the transom motor well to give more room in the cockpit(in floor live well removed) Boat painted and new non-skid with AWL-Grip Chevy White. Both Engines just professionally serviced, carbs rebuild,spark plugs, both fuel pumps replaced, lower unit serviced. Also the fuel tank is 148 gallons and was moved forward as well as the console pushed forward, with that done and the in floor live well removed the boat is a lot lighter on the stern. Ran the boat the other day and with 3/4 tank of fuel and 2 guys, the boat topped out right at 50 MPH. Over 30k invested! I have photos of the refurb so you can see everything that was done!
