So my repair job begins!

well after i have finaly gotten past the how could this happen? im into the project. what i found was that the past owner either got ripped off himself or realy stuck it to me! so we begin. got the motor off and started cuting and digging. looks like some one replaced less than half the wood and added marine bondo.
