225 on a 20 master angler

hey guys im new and just wondering if a 225 optimax 2007 on my 85 seacraft master angler with closed transam and bracket is going to be over kill. just had my 150 blackmax removed. repowered because got a awesome deal. boat will be ready for water test tomorrow.
