Default Thanks Denny!!!

I want to give props (not boat props) to Denny, for once again, he has given me great advice. For those who don't remember me, I was looking at a 1979 Seacraft Seafari on Long Island back in March. The asking price was $6000 and it was nice, but the guy jacked the price to $7000. With everyone's help on this site, I learned it wasn't worth much more than $4000. I offered $4000 and it was refused. I moved on to a 1987 Columbia II Sea Skiff with a Chrysler 318 freshwater cooled inboard. Denny gave me some great info on this boat as well. The engine just overheated (water pump), it's running on 7 cylinders, some teeth got knocked off the flywheel and the risers may be shot. I emailed Denny and he gave me more great information...long story short...a mechanic I can trust is going to look at my engine and tell me exactly what I need...we will see! THANKS DENNY!!! Oh yeah...that guy is still trying to sell his Seacraft!
