Personally, I would not put twins on anything smaller than 25' length and 8.5' beam.

For me, the beauty of the SC23 CC is that it is a bigger small boat. It has all the simplicity of an small single outboard boat, but its large enough to go offshore in relative comfort. A SC23CC with twins now is a tiny big boat, all the extra junk/weight of a big boat with not enough room (hull volume) to support it well.

My buddy has an avanti 27' CC with a enclosed transom and 300 HPDI. His boat would support twin 150 better than my SC23
