How much for 20' Sea Craft

I have a 1974 20' Sea Craft with 1998 175HP Mariner
Re built engine in 2009(low hours)
Reinforced transom
Recently rewired
New lower unit
Good trailer
New tilt
New hydrolic steering

Deck needs work
What is she worth?
Love the boat but is it worth the effort to rehab?
