If you can get your hands on some mre"s (meals ready to eat).they don"t go bad they come with a heat pack that you put your meal in and add water to heat it up.their also loafed up with carbs you don"t go hungry in a few hours..i keep enough for a week.i don" have a lot of faith with the way fema operates
