Default Boat weight / trailer tires advice

Anybody out there have an idea of the weight of a 1976 MA 20 with no tower and a 97 2 stroke Mercury 115HP motor approx 45 gal tank which is typically always full.

I need 4 new tires on tandem trailer and don't just want to replace with what's on it without doing the math - current tires are 175x80x13 Cross Ply 1360lb rating.

I also need to decide on cross ply vs radial for the replacement.
I have 2 typical trips -
Local...average once a week with a 30 mile round trip
Long Distance...100 mile one way trip once a month

Right now I think I'm at about $65 a tire for same as what's on current trailer in radial or cross ply whichever I want.

Any input there truly appreciated !
