today I started will laminating the flange on the inside of the console. I layed up 2 layers of mat,1 layer of cloth and a layer of 1708.

the second pic is of mold I made to make the fiberglass angle for the front of the console to mount to.


then I turned my attention to the hatches and ran the router around them and trimmed about a 1/8 of the old flange off to get rid of the chips and cracks in the existing.
