ok, let's talk this 1984 model. who made the boats in '84? I spent 2 hours on the boat yesterday on land. zero soft spots. felt really solid. she has a 110 gallon SS tank, not sure of replacement date. boat just needs the wood trim stripped and refinished, and the floors and gunnels could use repainting. the hull has been awlgripped in 2014, not a scratch or blemish on it. Is there any particulars I need to know about the 1984 models? I'm really liking the boat the more I look at it. I just feel the number is in the low 20s. right now, the owner is at 29K, which keeps me looking.. but I do know this local boat, and it looks very nice. the owner is a friend of mine which complicates the matter even worse, but he is a professional captain and is very anal about taking care of the boat and making sure everything works, as he would do on a 52' viking every day.. any advice, thoughts, or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
