Default 23cc Raise floor when bracketing??

Hey guys I have done some searching on here for the general consensus on raising the floor on a 23cc but couldn't find much. Do y'all normally raise it on them or do they self bail pretty well still if you add a bracket and close the transom in? I know moving the tank, batteries, and console help with the added weight of a fourstroke I just wasn't sure if that's all you normally do with them or floor also. Thanks
