recommendations for repair in RI- Scuppers

I have a 73 20sf... I've been trying to repalce the brass scupper tubes that are still vertical through hull... it's not going well and am at tge point where I'd rather someone do it for me, corectly.

Would anyone recommend a business or person in Rhode Island that would be able to help me out?
