1971 SeaCraft Seafari “Sunday’s Child” $2700 including aluminum trailer. All original. Also has '88 Mercury 4hp kicker on bracket.
Deck is solid, transom was re-cored in 1985, and is solid and strong, but showing signs of moisture to the left of the sterndrive transom plate when I uninstalled the old transducer. Bow rail is in photos, but no longer on the boat, and the mounting holes are currently temporarily filled with marine-tex. It has the original flip-top seat base with sink currently installed under the helm chair. New 6 gallon water tank under helm with new 1.1 gpm pump not yet installed. Motor is the original Mercruiser 140 hp 3.0 liter, and has fairly low power due to lowered compression across all four cylinders. Motor supposedly has a about 3 thousand-plus hours on it, as it was for many years used for fishing charters in Massachussets. I want to repower it and re-core the transom, but I cannot afford the $8K to do this right. Original pre-alpha M/R drive had shift seal installed in 2014, as well as all new bellows and lower shift cable. Motor got new manifold and riser elbow in 2015, and new carburetor in 2015, and reman’d distributor with Pertronix Ignitor sensors in 2016. Comes with Lowrance Elite 5 DSI chartplotter and good VHF radio with new antenna. PICS to come when I have more time. Transaction ID: 6R121230KT0884742
