Default Budget for Restoration

If I purchase the 1976 Sea Craft 20FT SF that is posted for sale on this site. What would a good budget to complete the following:
1. Redo transom with 1.5" coosa board, raise 5 or 6 inches and the transom extension / motor mount / swim platform.
2. Fill stringers with foam, Raise stringers by 2 inches maybe 2.5 depending on what I decide for deck core.
3. Three sets of bulkheads into bilge, forward mid and aft with coosa
4. New Live bait well aft in the center of the stern.
5. Freshwater tank and under deck runs for wiring, fuel and OB
5. Deck, undecided at this point on what core material i will be using,
6. Reinforce the hull sides with thin corecell m80 and maybe add whatever coosa is leftover as light framework
7. New Center console and leaning seat. (T top can wait for now).

I am not looking to make it a show boat, just upgrade it to a solid fishing machine with good structure and work on "fit and finish" over 5 years. Robert
