Thank you, well heres what transpired. After taking most of the fuel delivery system apart, checking fuel flow, etc etc, and reassemble with everything working as it should. I decided to pump the primer ball as usual and then take the throttle and "pump" that as well, like an I/O or old carb vehicle, put back in neutral and it fires right off. A bit strange, but it works. Also this is an engine with no choke, electric or manual but thats what it takes. I'm sure thats not how it was designed but oh well. Thanks for the input guys.
