Mounting things on vertical bulkheads requires thru bolts most of the time but as long as you glass the deck sufficiently you won’t have any problems. If you are screwing down consoles, leaning posts or deck hatches you just need to make sure add a little extra glass and maybe some composite strips underneath before you lay the deck. It is well worth the weight savings and strength using honey comb.
