73 20 sf

Picked up a 73 20 sf with plans of full restoration. Like most other rebuilds i know im going to raise the deck, enclose transom, and add bracket. Unfortunately this hull requires some attention to the bottom to make any of this justifiable in the first place. Seems a previous owner has repaired multiple spots on the hull with epoxy that seems to be done correctly but still has me worried. My plan to be safe is flip the hull, take paint off to bare fiberglass and use west system epoxy mixed with filler to patch any pinholes and also make the bottom of the hull 100 percent waterproof again. Im also toying around withe the idea of ljust aying another layer of glass over the entire bottom, sanding then painting. I am an amateur of boat building so my ears are wide open to ideas and advice. Thanks.
