Default Advice Requested on Automatic trim Tabs

I have been contemplating adding trim tabs. My concerns were location & clearance to mount as recommended and the difficulty of operation for other boat drivers during my water sports. On CSC a few days ago there was a remark about Bennett automatic trim tabs, so I googled it and watched a video. I was intrigued by automatic trim tabs not only to adjust for two batteries on the aft starboard side versus lighter gear on the portside, plus corrections as my passengers move about when underway. So to my questions:
1 I am interested in any feedback/comments on Automatic Bennett trim tabs.
2 Previous posts recommended mounting on the outermost panel. The photo shows my swim platform and ladder with little space underneath. A cardboard mockup reveals, even with removal of the forward most slat, it is questionable if the lowest profile Bennett Bolt tab would fit and not interfere with deploying the ladder, I suppose I could buy a set and return if it didn’t fit.
3 With the automatic adjustability would the tram tab work satisfactorily on the middle panel where there is plenty of mount clearance?
