Thinking about it I guess you got the people that raft up to sand bars to blame for the ramp closures? So the fisherman suffer? We still are allowed to go out on our boats over here in Cali..I see plenty of guys going out. We don't have sand bars over here but there are a few tiny islands in the delta that people will raft up at...

The boating community in Florida is 1000 times what it is over here in California...ask someone over here what a Freeman is and they will tell you its a guy in his birthday suit walking around San Francisco.
