Hey Terry! Great to hear from you and I hope all is well with you and yours!

This just takes the wind right outta your sails when you just want a clean boat ready to launch! I figure it will be quicker to uncover than to thoroughly bleach/wash the boat once a week. I'm sure I'll be cleaning a cover instead then! LOL. Hopefully we're past the pollen spike here; there's less crap accumulating in the boat day-by-day. Previously the boat was never stored directly under trees. We have quotes to trim them but it will never be fully free from debris here.

I use a Harbor Freight heavy tarp in the winter similar to what you describe. I tie a line from bow, over the windshield, and down the O/B, around LU/prop, then to a cleat to form a "tent", also held w/ half-dozen bungee cords. I can't imagine doing that each time take the boat out!

(^I've since polished the marinium cleat and gas filler, and painted the cap SEM trim black )
