Mariner Engines Anyone?
As I posted the other day, I water tested an 18 ft CC with a 200 Mariner. I have to say it pushed the boat to water in the eyes speed. However, this was the absolute loudest engine I have ever heard. I have never owned a Mariner/Mercury and wondered if this is common.It was the worst at 3000 RPM with improvement at high revs. Max output was about 5800RPMs. ***Just A Note of Thanks for all the help others have given, Otto, Sorry I have not called you. My Granchild and family flew in Sat.
