Help !!!

I recently put a deposit on a boat in Stuart Florida that was advertised as a 1973 23 foot "Seacraft". After doing some research come to find out that it actually is a 1975 "Spacecraft" which is were my brain must have been when I sent the lady the deposit. My question is does anyone know anything about this company. I was told by the second owner of this boat that Spacecraft actually bought an old Seacraft mold and then made them at their florida factory.
